Are you using ff and sf pudding? Only the ff/sf is core.

I eat it pretty regularly and have no problem at all. With no fat and no sugar, there's really nothing to stall a weight loss, as far as I can tell.

Well, I've been eating the SF/FF since the beginning and I'm down almost 45 pounds. So, I'd say no problem. I don't eat it every day.

there is a lot of sodium in it. maybe you're getting too much of that.
