Stick to It Saturday Menu, October 1, 2005

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup applesauce cooke in

    Lunch: Sirloin burger with FF american cheese on a bun (points) and fresh fruit salad

    Snack: Frosty; Grapes to take with me to the party

    Dinner: ? I'm praying there will be veggies

    Snack: Maybe Healthy Choice Split Pea soup when I come home? Depends on how hungry I am

  • Breakfast: 2 bowls raisin bran cereal w/milk

    Snack: 1/2 small chocolate gelato shared w/ds

    Lunch!!! Popcorn and diet pepsi

    Snack: UNBELIEVABLE - had a major craving for fresh veggies as I made supper? cut up sliced green pepper w/dip, then had a small sliced cucumber w/dip! So good!

    Dinner: 1/2 steak, spaghetti squash, and needed to taste about 3 of the little meatballs in tomato sauce I also made (LO for tomorrow I hope!)

    Snack: nf decaf cappucino w/sugar free vanilla syrup
