I love Core so much that I don't mind the .2 and .6 losses! As long as I'm losing and as long as every other week or so I have that big 2.4 or 3.6 loss. I only care about the average loses. I am resisting Flex big time because I have not been successful at it for long enought to lose all of my weight. I can live on Core for the rest of my life.

I didn't even know that you could do that. Interesting...

Me either, but I guess now we know! There are 5 ratings: excellent, good, average, bad and terrible. At the top of the page, there's a place where you click and get a dropdown menu with the stars and ratings.

It IS true! We learn something new everyday!

I think I'm doing the Core Wendie Plan this week. By my calculation I used 15 points yesterday. Guess is was my Super Super High Day?!

Vickie, 15 pts was actually what we had talked about for a SHD, so you would be on track!

You know, as far as the Wendie thing goes ... it must work for every plan. Judd went to the bar Monday night and didn't eat, but had a few beers. He was worried about it, so yesterday he really watched it and drank all his water. This morning he was down another 2 pounds. I told him maybe his body needed a little something extra to burn off and had to switch into super high gear to do it! Then when he went back to normal eating, his body was still burning.

Very interesting! I have noticed this too. When I was doing flex and would go out to dinner and have a big meal I would seem to lose more. I guess the key is doing it one day and not going on a week-long binge.

kathy, i think what you said about judd's drinking a lot of water was a key. i'm glad things are working for him.

melissa, i'm still agreeing we need to keep things mixed up to fool our metabolism.

Thanks Melissa. I hadn't had time to check our plan. Makes me feel better about what I did. Scale is WAY up today. I'm thinking the kosher and sauerkraut had lots of sodium. Oh yeah.....and the huge blob of mustard! I'm drinking lots of water today and so far I've been good.
