Breakfast: 1 pkt plain oatmeal w/splenda, decaf w/light cream Snack: 1 banana Lunch - nothing around, but I have some "emergency" core canned soup - probably bean & barley? Fruit from home or will buy a fruit salad at work Snack: sf/ff yogurt Dinner - no idea - need to make a grocery list for dh to go shopping tomorrow! Frouf |
