Dinner: Core Mostacolli with sirloin and tomato sauce, veggies with smart balance, and WW magic cracker pudding (points)
Snack: Frosty smoothie
vickie, your dinner sounds fabulous. what is mostacolli? is it a pasta? i've never heard of it. also is the magic cracker pudding recipe posted here somewhere?

Breakfast: scrambled eggs, bagel w/lf cream cheese, coffee w/light cream
went to Curves s/gf: 2 bottles of water!
Lunch: small piece of salmon, 2 brocolli florets, scoop of mac & cheese, sweet potatoes, lots of chocolate wafer cookies!!! glass of milk
Going out for dinner tonight - supposedly great restaurant, all kinds of food w/live band at 10 pm - so I shall have to dance the night away!
