Breakfast: Shreded wheat and bran with skim and banana (Angela's sounded good and I've never had it with banana before!)
Lunch: 1 cup FF cottage cheese and 8 oz Del Monte fruit natural peaches drained
Snack: Nothing
Dinner: My stomach wasn't up to red sauce so we went out to the Texas Roadhouse. Baked sweet potato with splenda, cinnamon, and smart balance; boneless grilled pork chop; 1 1/2 cups of steamed cauliflower, broccoli, and baby carrots.
L: Um ... 2 beers? Don't know, I'm not hungry right now
D: Plan: grilled chicken, fresh green beans, new potatoes with FF cheese and sour cream
In actuality, I'll probably eat one potato with a dab of sour cream, drink a glass of milk and go to bed. I'm making the chicken/beans/potatoes for the family; I don't suppose that means I have to eat it too though.
Breakfast - a handful of puffed wheat cereal baked with splenda
Lunch - tomato soup, 1 pt garlic bread
