Default Winning Wednesday menu, 8/17/05

Breakfast: maltomeal, banana, milk
Lunch: tuna salad and 5 saltines (1 pt)
Dinner: rotisserie chicken, corn on the cob, milk

Snacks if needed: SF jello, WW carrot cake (1 pt), light string cheese (1 pt), unsweetened applesauce

Goal is at least 6 bottles of water

Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade applesauce

Lunch: Don't know

Snack: Cherry Garcia Smoothie

Dinner: Spring Mix salad with tomatoes, mushrooms and homemade FF thousand island dressing; Core Chicken Creole; fresh green beans

Snack: Maybe popcorn

d: not sure - family is having mac & cheese. Maybe I'll have a salad.

s--still haven't eaten those grapes

Lunch - Turkey, tomatos & lettuce w/ff ranch stuffed in 1/2 pita pocket (1pt)
Supper - Core tamale pie & green beans
Snack - so far no desire, but may have a bowl of puffed rice w/skim milk
