  • i hate to tell ya'll how long i worked on the title for this thread. (i need a life, don't i?)

    b--scrambled egg with ff cheddar, sf strawberry preserves, 3 slices canadian bacon, 1 slice toast (pts)
    l--chicken, tossed salad, honey mustard dressing
    s--ranier cherries
    d--lo chicken salad
    s--popcorn

    B - Grits & Over easy eggs
    L - Tomato Soup, garlic bread (1pt), pudding
    Sn - popcorn
    S - Pot Roast, potatoes, carrots, onions, & mixed veggies
  • Breakfast: Cheerios (points) with skim and a banana

    Lunch: LO Mexican Polenta Pie

    Snack: FF cottage cheese and pineapple

    Dinner: Not sure

    Snack: SF/FF lemon pudding or SF/FF Creamsicle Pudding (points)
  • Breakfast: egg

    Snack: carrots and dill dip, light string cheese

    Lunch: coleslaw with shrimp, SF lemon jell-o

    Snack: green olives

    Dinner: deli roasted chicken, broccoli

    SO HUNGRY AGAIN TODAY!

    Breakfast: decaf w/light cream, 1 pkg oatmeal w/sf vanilla syrup
    Maybe a yogurt if I can't make it to lunch!

    Lunch: LO stirfry teriyaki chicken w/asian vegetables over brown rice

    Snack: have brought blueberries, some ff cheese slices and baby carrots - hope this fills me up!

    Dinner: no idea - will ask dh to take out salmon from the freezer -otherwise if there is some of the spaghetti sauce left by the fridge raiding teenager I will make ww pasta and salad.

    Snack:?? yogurt or sf jello w/lf cool whip

    Did not do well w/my water yesterday so I will continue to work on that!
