Breakfast: decaf w/light cream, 1 pkg oatmeal w/sf vanilla syrup
Maybe a yogurt if I can't make it to lunch!
Lunch: LO stirfry teriyaki chicken w/asian vegetables over brown rice

Snack: have brought blueberries, some ff cheese slices and baby carrots - hope this fills me up!
Dinner: no idea - will ask dh to take out salmon from the freezer -otherwise if there is some of the spaghetti sauce left by the fridge raiding teenager I will make ww pasta and salad.
Snack:?? yogurt or sf jello w/lf cool whip
Did not do well w/my water yesterday so I will continue to work on that!
