  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade applesauce cooked in

    Weigh In

    Lunch: Grilled Chicken Salad (spring mix, tomato, cucumber, carrot, hard boiled egg, avocado) with FF honey dijon

    Snack: Chocolate banana smoothie

    Dinner: No idea - better get on that planning! All I can think of is running home to hop in my pool. I suppose it's good that I'm think of that instead of food.

    Snack: Maybe popcorn. It depends on my stomach. I woke up quesy again this morning.
  • b: malt o meal, strawberries, milk
    l: Luncheon Chicken Salad, nectarine, milk
    d: Mexican Bow Ties, (or in my case, Mexican Elbows since I don't have bow tie pasta), dinner roll (just 1), milk

    s: cantaloupe, light string cheese

    Breakfast: 1/2 c lf cottage cheese w/pineapple, decaf w/light cream

    Snack: 1 banana

    LUNCHTIME CHALLENGE - work related BBQ!!! - chicken on a bun, - I will not have the chips, but will have a diet soda? and hopefully some fruit when I get back?

    Snack: red apple or cherries

    Dinner: LO mexican rotini casserole

    Snack: smoothie or cereal/milk if hungry

    6 egg whites, 2 eggs, an apple, ham sandwich w 1/2 lean ham steak w veggies n strawberries, chicken parm., zuchini, salad

    l--grilled tilapia/olive oil, corn on the cob, green beans, pickled beets, ketchup
    s--banana cream pudding/homemade granola
    d--5 can soup, cheese crackers
    s--ranier cherries

    L - scrambled egg sandwich, FF Pringles, diet Pepsi w/ lime - 3 pts
    S - sf/ff chocolate fudge pudding
    D - Stir fry veggies with tenderloin, brown rice
