i havent yet been to a meeting¬iced on a copy of the tracker i got says to try to earn 28 points a week. last i knew 20 extra minutes was only worth 1 point. can somewone tell me what time is worth now cuz 28 seems like a ton at 1 per extra 20!
There is an exercise tracker now (similar to the points tracker) which goes by weight & level of intensity (light, moderate, heavy) and depending on how long you do your "activity" and how "hard" you would earn points.
So it is not a set "1 point for 20 minutes"......I don't have my tracker here with me but in my case I believe I need to exercise for approx 30 mins at a moderate level to earn 2 activity points....and probably 15 mins at an intense level for the same 2 aps.
I subscribe to Etools and this is what it said: 90 minutes of fast swimming is 11 aps; 90 minutes of slow swimming is 4 aps. That was at my weight of 153 though -- my weight is in my profile and the tool calculates everything based on that. I don't know yours so it might be more or less, depending.
go to caloriesperhour.com and it will calculate the calories for you according to your weight. 100 calories=1 point. according to that site I can earn points by driving.
