  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade applesauce

    Lunch: 2 slices of Core couscous meatloaf

    Snack: FF cottage cheese and peaches

    Dinner: Spring mix salad with tomatoes and mushrooms, Core Cornmeal Chicken, baked potato, and fresh green beans, smart balance (points)

    Snack: Popcorn
  • b: puffed wheat, strawberries, milk
    l: Frouf's Famous Soup (from the freezer), salad, milk
    d: LO pork chops w/sauteed apples & sauerkraut, some veggie, milk

    s: light string cheese (1 pt), banana

  • Thank you ms vicki for helping me to decide which way to swing. Although I am new to posting, I am not new to dieting. I have been trying to decide which weight loss program to do after gaining 20 lbs. Between the spring of last year til now, I have (all in this order):
    began menapause
    quit smoking
    diagnosed with sluggish thyroid

    Your menu reminded me that WW would be the most sensible and practical to incorporate into my and my family's life style. I tried low carb only to fail after 2 days (3 different times) because I missed cereal and bananas or oatmeal for breakfast and popcorn for afternoon or evening snacks.
    So...here goes.

    Breakfast: scrambled eggs and bacon from Grandy's
    Lunch: nothing
    Dinner: Chicken crispers from Chilis

    ...was this a bad eating day, or what???

  • Well I'm trying!!!

    Breakfast: 1/2 apple oatmeal muffin (ya I know...), decaf w/cream

    Snack: lf/sf yogurt, 1 apple

    Lunch: just realized I'll be home for lunch? maybe lebanese moussaka?

    Dinner: maple ginger salmon, asparagus, baked potato
    pineapple/strawberries

    decaf w/cream or diet soda at the theatre

  • Trying to hop back on the wagon today.

    b: puffed wheat cereal w/splenda (ate it with soy milk and then realized that wasn't dairy )
    l: roast beef sandwich w/ww bread (2pts) and almost ff veggie chili w/slice of soy cheese, a handful of chips (2pts?)
    d: Chili's fajitas--two tortillas (4 pts?) with lots of onions, peppers, chicken and beef. Some chips and salsa. (probably 10 points?!?!)

    Kathy, I went to Chili's too!! Love those Chicken Crispers!!

    OK, so basically I have no points left. None, zip, zero. I am going to try with all of my might to be good this weekend. Its going to be hard.
