okay, here goes. i'll have to complete it and edit it later, but here's what i'm thinking now.

b--scrambled egg, canadian bacon, polenta cakes, sf jam
l--lo lasagna, lettuce/tomato salad/ff ranch, & 2 chocolate muffin tops made with the homemade granola--2 pts!!!

aghiowa 05-30-2005 07:57 PM

OK, here's my plan.

b: (at home), malt o meal, banana, milk
l: (on the road), fast food salad w/grilled chicken, apple, milk (if they have skim)
s: 100 calorie cracker packet, light string cheese (3 pts)
d: ?? I'm hoping we'll go to a place where I can get chicken or steak, a salad, and diet soda?? If not, maybe Subway, where I can get a wrap and count points.
s: 94% ff popcorn (if there's a microwave available)

And I'm going to put Wednesday's menu here, since I won't be near a computer then.

b: oatmeal, banana
l: if we have fast food again, I guess a salad. Maybe I'll spend points on grilled chicken sandwich w/no mayo, apple, milk if they have skim
s: 100 calorie cracker packet, light string cheese (3 pts)
d: I'm hoping to be able to eat at home. If not, I'll have my other baggie of oatmeal to tide me over until we get home.

How's it look?

Angela
