  • I'm going to list it anyway, even though I picked the Flex plan for this week.

    Breakfast: Honey Nut Cheerios with 1/2 cup milk, 1 cup milk to drink, banana (7)

    Lunch: Tuna salad on WW toast, light yogurt (7)

    Dinner: Steak, baked potato, salad
  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup applesauce

    Lunch: Not sure....maybe nothing. Going shopping. Will carry a baggy of carrots. I'm trying to convince them to stop to eat.

    Snack: FF cottage cheese and peaches

    Dinner: Chipotle chicken burrito bowl with brown rice made at home

    Snack: Popcorn
  • b: crustless pumpkin pie, banana, milk
    l: LO smothered chicken and barley, milk
    s: (after church, where I'm always famished), three bean salad, milk
    d:taco salad s/full fat dressing, milk

  • b--shredded wheat, fresh blueberries, ff milk and splenda
    l--roasted sirloin, corn on the cob, black-eyed peas, sliced tomatoes and onions, fruit salad
    d--ww sour cream chicken enchiladas (5 pts), pimiento cheese-filled celery, polenta cakes, fruit salad, and dream cicle cake (10pts) ( i figured the pts high because i know i won't eat the regular 1 serving.
    s--fruit salad and maybe some popcorn
  • brunch: I'd rather not say....
    dinner: veggie pizza and coke
  • Breakfast: fibre 1 cereal, milk, sliced banana

    Lunch: turkey scallopini, ww pasta w/sauce
    leftover movie popcorn

    Dinner: 1 bagel w/butter
    6 party sandwiches, handful of lf chips, diet ginger ale

    Snacks: 1 rice krispie square, diet pepsi, 1 large apple, small baggie of lf popcorn, 1 large coffee crisp chocolate bar

    thank goodness tomorrow is a new day!
