Monday Menu, May 23, 2005
 
b: co co wheats, milk
s: applesauce
l: LO potato and cabbage soup w/kielbasa, canned peaches, milk
s: graham cracker
d: spaghetti (with whole wheat pasta), green beans, ONE breadstick, milk

Walked for 35 minutes - approx 1.6 miles.

I have banished the dark side M&Ms to the far reaches of the freezer, where they will call to me no more... :devil: Must be good tomorrow. I can do it!

Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade applesauce cooked in

Lunch: Mixed greens salad with carrot, chicken breast, tomatoes, hard boiled egg, cucumber, avocado with FF honey dijon dressing

Snack: Chocolate banana smoothie

Breakfast- Cream of wheat,scrambled egg, milk

Lunch- grilled chicken, green beans w/onion and Canadian bacon, green salad

Dinner- Turkey chili w/ff cheese,brown rice,corn on the cob

Snacks- pears,baked banana w/Coolwhip free

Lunch: tuna salad

Dinner: 2 slices of ham steak, corn on the cob, maybe a small salad

Snacks: cantaloupe, FF/SF butterscotch pudding

L: Subway grilled chicken spinach salad
S: Apple
D: Mulligatawny soup (remember the "Soup ****" episode of Seinfeld?? -- I'd never heard of this soup before that episode and recently found it in a WW recipe book. It turns out that it's core!), Barley casserole
