    d: spaghetti (with whole wheat pasta), green beans, ONE breadstick, milk

    Walked for 35 minutes - approx 1.6 miles.

    I have banished the dark side M&Ms to the far reaches of the freezer, where they will call to me no more... Must be good tomorrow. I can do it!

    Lunch: Mixed greens salad with carrot, chicken breast, tomatoes, hard boiled egg, cucumber, avocado with FF honey dijon dressing

    Snack: Chocolate banana smoothie

    Dinner- Turkey chili w/ff cheese,brown rice,corn on the cob

    Lunch: tuna salad

    Dinner: 2 slices of ham steak, corn on the cob, maybe a small salad

    Snacks: cantaloupe, FF/SF butterscotch pudding
