Grape Nuts cereal-is it core??
 

There is no added sugar so I'm assuming it is. What do you think?

Susan, I checked my Complete Food Companion and Grape Nuts are not Core. They must have white flour or honey or something in them that WW feels would be a trigger. They aren't high in points so I'd enjoy if you get alot of satisfaction from them. I highly recommend that Core followers buy the CFC. It has been invaluable to me.

I'm sad but that's good to know. It's definitely NOT a trigger food to me though. Lord, my jaws are awfully tired after chewing that stuff. :lol:

I had the CFC from last year or so which of course doesn't have anything about the Core program in that. I guess I have to splurge for the latest book. Thanks!

Sue, they are awfully satisfying. I'd be tempted to splurge some points on them if I were you.
