Tuesday menu, May 10

  • b: scrambled egg with sausage, onions, and bell pepper mixed in
    s: fruit -- strawberries, honeydew melon, pineapple
    l: tuna salad (just tuna, relish, FF miracle whip)
    d: salad

    And a minimum of 80 oz. water! I did it yesterday with no problem.

    I also did 30 minutes on the Gazelle, and will do 30 more minutes during AI.
  • B - 2 eggs with ww bread (pts)
    S - fruit and yogurt
    L - pea soup and polenta
    S - popcorn
    D - roasted lima beans pasta
    S - fruit salad

    Lunch: Cold Core Cormeal chicken, FF cottage cheese and peaches

    Snack: Chocolate cherry smoothie

    Dinner: Grilled shiskabob, salad, ......don't know what else friends are serving that I can have.

    Snack: Hot tea with milk and Splenda, Natural Ovens oatmeal raisin cookie

    7pm my version of baked spaghetti, using ww noodles instead of spaghetti with lo meatloaf

    Lunch: tossed salad w/small 3 oz can tuna mixed in.
    Fresh strawberries and pineapple

    Snack: pralines & cream coffee w/cream

    Dinner: 1 broiled hamburger patty, zucchini/onion/mushroom stiry fry, 1 scoop leftove rmashed potatoes, corn

    Later: grande decaf/ff cappucino

    TV snack: microwave popcorn (going to watch finale of the Amazing Race!).
