Since I'm sick my menu isn't worth posting. Chicken noodle soup, veggie beef soup, and white bread. Wow, how exciting and non-core.
I was just wondering what Rotel dip is Kathy? I love rotel. |

Whole wheat english muffin - 2 pts egg fried w/ pam - core 1 slice soy cheese - core 2 slices canadian bacon - core skim milk - core L salad w/ roast, soy cheese shreds, and LDR house italian dressing - core S apple - core D tenderloin porkchops - core squash - core potatoes - core cornbread - core (hmmm, interesting, definitely not like the cornbread I am use to here in the south, I will definitely have to work on it. One good thing, I had very little of it) ------------------------------------------ 35 - 2 = 33 weekly point allowance |
Melissa -- Rotel dip = 16 oz. of Velveeta and a can of Rotel melted together. It is the food of the gods! Everybody else eats it with chips but if I got started, I would eat like no tomorrow! It's equally as good with celery, IMO.
|
Kathy, I have had dip like that before. Do you make it core? Or just count the points? I was just wondering because I love dips like that.
|
I have to count the points because Velveeta isn't Core. It's worth it though!
