Tuesday menu - April 12, 2005
 
B: scrambled egg and tomato slices, milk
L: chicken salad with chicken, celery, purple onion, apple, FF Miracle Whip -- and maybe some cantaloupe with it
Sn: SF jello with FF Cool Whip and strawberries
D: grilled chicken, broccoli, salad

Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade applesauce

Lunch: Leftover Core Cornmeal chicken and FF cottage cheese and peaches

Snack: Chocolate banana smoothie

Dinner: Mixed field greens salad, steak, baked potato, broccoli

Snack: Before the apples spoil I'm going to make the Candy Apple!

Thinking light today . . .

B: ff yogurt with strawberries, core pumpkin muffin
L: curried squash soup, leftover tuna-bean salad
S: plums
... then WI
D: Texas cowboy stew (Core)
S: maybe some pudding

b: nothing - I was fasting for my physical
s: 1 biscuit of shredded wheat, milk
l: leftover farmer's breakfast, fruit, milk
s: apple
d: cornmeal breaded pan-fried fish, carrot sticks, something else, milk

Big(ger) breakfast: 2 eggs, 1/2 bagel w/margarine, small glass milk
decaf w/light cream

Snack: 4 oz sf/ff yogurt

Lunch: leftover brown rice, beef stir fry, 1 apple

Snack: probably strawberries, cappuccino ?

Dinner: no idea - need to call dh and get him to defrost something!

b: boiled egg and banana
l: spinach salad w/ turkey, soy cheese, and ff french, dill pickle; some italian bread (work food) applesauce, very small slice of angel food cake
s: applesauce and pickle (not at the same time :lol: )
d: oven roasted potatoes with pork chops and green beans
s: ??
It still seems like I am eating WAY more than everyone else. But it also seems like I'm constantly hungry. :(
