Must be good too - but frankly feeling very UNMOTIVATED and very vulnerable today to bad eating - not sure how to keep this in check! HELP!

Breakfast: 1 banana, 4 oz vanilla mousse sf/ff yogurt, decaf w/light cream

Lunch: 1 broiled hamburger patty, peas, ww pasta (thank goodness for leftovers - and being able to finally finish them!).

Snack: have brought cut up veggies to work, also have some sf/ff yogurts in the fridge.

Leaving at 3 pm for dentist appt - at least that will stop me from eating for at least one hour? ha ha ha :)

Dinner: no idea - doubt dh will defrost anything or cook anything.....danger lurks in the kitchen!

I don't know Angela, but it is that way for me, too! I ate very badly this weekend, and its only my first week! :( Hoping for a better turnout this week.

lunch: ff refried bean burrito (on a ww tortilla-2pts); small salad with ff french, applesauce
snack: rest of the ff beans :o
dinner: planning on pork stir-fry with brown rice
snack: sf/ff pudding or popcorn, maybe...just can't seem to leave it alone!
Compared to everyone else this seems like a lot. Am I eating too much?!?! :(

Melissa, I don't think you're eating too much but it's hard to know for sure since we don't know the serving sizes. If you are only eating until satisfied, it is not unusual to eat 3 meals and 2 snacks a day. Weekends and parties are hard for everyone. Just try to be as good as you can, drink some extra water, and maybe try to get a little extra exercise. Most of all, don't go nuts if you have one bad meal or one bad day. Just get back on the program!

Thanks Vickie!
I am still trying to learn how to stop eating when I am full. But I am trying. Before WW, and even on flex, I had a really terrible time with portion control. So maybe just listening to my body will help.
I did realize that I have probably been eating too much processed meat. I know its not allowed but am so short on time its been hard to do without. :( I will try to stay away from that. Plus I did WATP 1 mile today. I know 1 mile isn't much, but for someone who has never exercised regularly it is a start. I'm trying to do it everyday.
Thanks again.

B - oatmeal and banana
L - cucumber, beets and mushrooms and tamale pie
S - popcorn
D - zuchinni, spinach, grain and beans, yogurt
S - papaya

Melissa, I am the QUEEN of portion control struggles! I like the full feeling so it's been a long leanring experience for me. When I am not hungry again 3 hours after I've eaten the meal before, then I pretty much know that I ate too much at the previous meal. It's a learning experience. If you're like me, you've been overeating for a while now.
