Wholesome Wednesday Menu, March 16, 2005

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and banana cooked in

    Lunch: Polenta mexican pie

    Snack: Peach or Strawberry Smoothie

    Dinner: Mixed Field Greens salad, Broiled Pork Chop, New Red Potatoes roasted with garlic and olive oil, broccoli and homemade applesauce

    Snack: Candied apple or SF/FF pudding
  • Weigh-in today...

    b: two fried eggs, sliced up strawberries & banana, milk
    l: big salad w/canadian bacon for protein, pear, milk
    d: Egyptian rice (we're trying it Vickie), dinner rolls for the rest of the crew, some veggie, milk
    s: if needed - SF FF cheesecake pudding

  • Can't wait to hear your review, Angela, on the Egyptian rice. I'm ashamed to say I have a 3 inch thick pile of recipes to try! I love collecting recipes.
  • Breakfast: 1 banana, 1 pkg plain instant oatmeal, decaf w/light cream

    Lunch: one bowl of my FAMOUS soup (freezer stash! )
    2 tangerines, 1 plum

    Drinking water w/some crystal light sprinkled in!

    Snack: brown rice pudding

    Dinner: probably salmon, brocolli, couscous.....

    Snack: popcorn if required.
