Weary Wednesday Menu, March 9, 2005

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade applesauce

    Lunch: Eggbeater omelet made with no oil and avocado and FF cheddar cheese and salsa on top. Fresh fruit cup.

    Snack: Chocolate banana smoothie

    Dinner: Salad, Grilled Pork Chop, sweet potato, and steamed veggies

    Dessert: SF/FF banana cream pudding

    Ugh, I'm SO tired of sickness. Thankfully, the vomiting (mine) stopped yesterday, so I think I'm on the mend today. But hey, it's a great diet plan - I was down to 127 this morning.

    B: I had a coke on the way to work of course. Some habits just will not break. Then I had one egg quiche with some picante sauce

    L: tomato soup, ham and cream cheese roll-up
    Sn: SF/FF pistachio pudding with pineapple
    D: not sure, but it will include salad

  • If anyone has a box of SF/FF pistachio pudding on hand, could you get me the nutritional info so I can put it in my FitDay? I threw away the box and of course my source (Peapod.com) doesn't list pistachio.
