...so here is what my non-core day looked llike!
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, decaf w/cream Lunch: 1 slice ww toast, turkey breast, 1 dill pickle, 4 cherry tomatoes Snack: 1 apple, cappuccino Another snack? 1 bagel w/butter Another snack: 2 pepperoni sticks Movies: buttered popcorn, diet pepsi Late night snack: 1 slice french toast w/syrup, 1 glass milk Well there you have it - some very good examples of non-core eating! (and I got 2 stickers today at my meeting cuz I knew most of the 8 healthy rules for eating - go figure! :D ) Frouf ;) |
I hear ya on the non-Core day! Good intentions and all that jazz.
I had the beef jerky, beer, a hamburger and fries at the bar. WITH mayo of course. AND honey mustard for my fries (you guys stop that gagging right this minute!) ... it was good but I'm paying for it now. I still feel full. |
