Here goes:
Breakfast: one banana, coffee w/cream
Lunch - veggies: 1/4 baked squash, 1 cup of mixed veggies
rice pudding (see main post about hamburger thief).
Dinner: Not sure - probably salmon if I can remember to call home and get someone to defrost it! Otherwise ww pasta and veggie sauce!
Snack: yogurt/ apple
Must increase water intake - not doing too well with this!
