first week bit of a gain

Hmmm. First week on Core and I gained .8 lbs. But the thing is last week I lost 2.5 lbs which is REALLY unusual for me. What do you think? Do you have these patterns, a big loss and then a little gain. Support please.

anyone?

Well, I know others have had fluctuations. I guess I have too, because I'm pretty much where I've been for a few months now. Lose a pound, gain a pound, lose, gain ... and so on.

Kally - I wouldn't fret about .8 of a lb!! Could be anything from some extra water - to the clothes you're wearing!

I don't have any noticeable "pattern" yet as I've only been doing core for 6 weeks so far! I do notice that around TOM weight loss might be slower or NON-EXISTANT!

Frouf:)
P.S. For future reference you might wish to post questions/problems on the Main chat/support thread as you are assured of a quicker response!

thanks frouf - which thread do you mean?

Kally, sorry I didn't see your post until now. I've actually been out all day. I DEFINITELY have this type of pattern. I'll lose .6, .4, then I'll lose 1.8 or 2.4. I've only had two gains in 22 weeks. One was after Christmas so that made sense. The other was 1 pound a couple of weeks ago and I was certain that I had done nothing wrong. Then the next week, I just kept at it and lost 2.8. So, don't be discouraged. Try to be sure you are only eating until satisified, make sure you are eating enough food and don't let yourself get too hungry. If you are getting all your milk, veggies, fruit, water and oil (which I think you are from your menus) the weight will come off. Did you just recently start exercising? I've heard that muscles can sometimes retain water when you start or increase your exercise. Whatever you do, don't give up!

Frouf is talking about the Core support board, currently number 9. This is where the most activity is. Usually some one is hanging around there during the day!
