Activity Points

Does anyone know the formula for calculating activity points? I don't have a slider.

Sorry, I wouldn't have a clue without my slider. Don't they give you one when you sign up online?

I didnt' sign up online....I ordered the new books off e-bay. It came with the food companion and dining out companion and a quick track diary but no sliders.

I'm not exercising yet, will have to build up to that.

I don't know since I use my WW calculator, but here's an online thing that only costs $5.46 and it says you can keep track of everything! It looks pretty cool!
