help me plan my business trip

  • taking off tomorrow at 2. Will already have lunch and will bring fruit.

    Dinner in restaurant - meat and potato with steamed veg and salsa on potato if they have it.

    Breakfast - 2 soft boiled eggs and dry toast (points)

    Lunch - very fast I think Subway sandwich (points)

    other snacks - fruit, little applesauce and pop

    that is my best idea, anyone have any other ideas?

    I was thinking maybe a grilled chicken salad w/ff dressing. Will save points on lunch; maybe you could find some kind of fruit cup also.

  • I was also going to suggest a salad instead of the sandwich - you could "lose" the cheese anyways - and not have to count points?? How about some soup - depending on the kind it can be filling and core friendly!

    For breakfast you might also see if there is back bacon/canadian bacon available? and maybe not have the toast? A fruit cup for breakfast might also help fill you up!
