can anyone tell me if there is a complete LIST of core foods that I can print off somewhere? my mom really wants to try it but she needs a list in front of her that she can eat from but doesn't want to actually join WW. I heard before that there is a complete list on the WW site but you have to be a member

) Even tonight, it still had not set fully, although it wasn't really runny. I think I'll reduce the milk by 1/4 cup and see if that helps. I'm not too sure about blending that taste with pineapple though ...
