Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade applesauce

Lunch: Progresso Lentil Soup

Snack: 8 oz skim milk and banana smoothie

Dinner: Mixed field greens salad with FF Honey Dijon, Broiled Pork Chop, Roasted Potatoes with olive oil and minced garlic, fresh green beans

Snack: Popcorn

Movies, Movies, Movies!

Leave me alone!!! :lol: You know I'm cheating!! Alright, so since I'm busted, I'll tell you.

Breakfast: a coke, a teeny handful of chex mix, and a beer (what?????)

Lunch: I plan on having a scrambled egg this afternoon

Dinner: Meatballs, navy beans, and a big salad.

Some day, huh?

d: salmon steak, crab, whatever else is Core at our seafood party

Kathy, I'm absolutely splitting a gut here! :rofl: A beer for breakfast?! You are so funny. That's one of the things I like about you.....you are so honest it is refreshing! I've never eaten chex mix. Does it go good with beer?

I'm afraid it does. Girlfriend, if you want to take a trip to Texas and get out of that cold weather, I really need someone to slap me back into shape!!! :lol: Seriously!!!

I used to have to go to Dallas alot when I was working. I always thought it was a nice place to visit. It was actually 58 degrees here in Chicago yesterday. We can't figure out what is happening. That probably just means that our March will be brutal!

I was actually stable this morning, even after a few days of naughtiness. It's a new day though, so I'm ever hopeful!!
