At least I'm getting in my exercise. My mom is on core with me, and we walk around a lake almost every day (1.6 miles). The last few days, the high temperature has been 6, with wind chills around -15 or so. It's pretty hard to get out of the warm car (with seat warmers - mmm) but we do it.
I've done Flex twice before, and always managed to lose decently, but never as easily or painlessly as Core. I love it!
My goal is to hit 120 (I'm 5'2") by the time I'm 30, and with Core, I know I can do it!
