b: pumpkin oatmeal bar, banana
l: beef w/ww pasta and veggies
d: undecided
s: yogurt w/pineapple, popcorn

D: Pinto beans, red potatoes and onions
S: popcorn (if needed)

a little bit of pumpkin pudding (I have to eat a little before I go to the gym)
shredded wheat w/milk and 1/2 banana

veggie burger w/ bread, pickles, lettuce, tomato, etc. (1 pt.)
cup of tomato soup
grapes

WW smoothie w/ frozen strawberries

lemon chicken thighs w/potatoes
salad

Exercise: 1 hr. water aerobics, 20 min. stretching, 2 mile WATP tape
