Thursday Menus

  • I didn't see a menus thread, and I enjoy reading them so I thought I'd start one and hope that someone else post their Thursday menu.


    B: shredded wheat with milk

    L: salmon patty (leftover from last night's dinner)
    baby carrots
    grapes

    D: Mexican Chicken
    salad

    S: WW smoothie w/raspberries

    Exercise: 45 min. weight lifting
    20 min. stretching
    3 mile WATP tape
  • I had:

    B: 2 eggs cooked in olive oil
    L: Boston Market turkey, broccoli and garlic dill potatoes (probably should count some butter in that sauce)
    D: rotisserie chicken with no side dishes
  • B: oatmeal/toast (1)/milk
    S: strawberries/cheese (1)
    L: ham sand/milk
    D: bean soup/smoothie (car show)
