L: Mixed Green Salad without dressing (I hate dressing) from Panera Bread, with the thin sliced steak added. Small fruit cup. 1 in of the french loaf they give you. D: Meatloaf made with oatmeal (this will be a first tonight, I am using my usual recipe, but with oatmeal in place of the bread and 97% Fat free hamburger), potatoes, zuchini, sliced cuccumbers. Dessert: Pear with FF swiss cheese slices. |
