Wednesday Menus

l: core chili over whole wheat pasta d: chicken fajitas w/avocado and a low carb tortilla s: carrots and maybe popcorn |
B: 2 scrambled eggs with salsa
L: oatmeal, skim milk, and unsweetened peaches with FF cool whip D: probably a baked potato and salad Sn: green olives |
B: FF plain yogurt with Splenda & vanilla mixed with Fiber One cereal
L: tuna with Lite Mayo, carrot sticks, mixed fruit salad D: Core Crockpot Mexican Chicken (posted in recipes) with brown rice No snacks -- not hungry and no sugar cravings. No problem passing on all the goodies at work (homemade stawberry pie & chocolate chip cookies, kolaches). It's AMAZING!! |

L grilled chicken salad with fat free italian dressing and fruit salad d lean pot roast potatoes, carrots and corn dessert will be apples with ff/sf butterscotch pudding |
