    L: Spicy red lentil chili over couscous, 1 slice melon

    L: FF refried beans with FF cheese and taco sauce, HB patty made from 96/4% ground sirloin, broccoli, skim milk

    L: Chicken chili, salad w/olive oil and balsamic vinegar and ww roll (3 pts.)

    L: Mixed Green Salad without dressing (I hate dressing) from Panera Bread, with the thin sliced steak added. Small fruit cup. 1 in of the french loaf they give you.
    D: Meatloaf made with oatmeal (this will be a first tonight, I am using my usual recipe, but with oatmeal in place of the bread and 97% Fat free hamburger), potatoes, zuchini, sliced cuccumbers.
    Dessert: Pear with FF swiss cheese slices.

    L: Crockpot Mexican Casserole with brown rice, mixed fresh fruit salad
    D: Tuna Patties, green beans, banana
