B: FF plain yogurt with Splenda & vanilla mixed with Fiber One cereal
L: tuna with Lite Mayo, carrot sticks, mixed fruit salad
D: Core Crockpot Mexican Chicken (posted in recipes) with brown rice
No snacks -- not hungry and no sugar cravings. No problem passing on all the goodies at work (homemade stawberry pie & chocolate chip cookies, kolaches). It's AMAZING!!
