I was wondering about a few foods on the Core List...technicalities really.
Rolled oats-as far as the Core Plan goes, is one better than the other-old fashioned, or the "quick cook" ones? The reason I am asking is because I am a weight trainer, and most weight trainers choose the regular ones, and not the quick cook oats because of less processing-wasn't sure if there was a difference on the Core plan.
brown rice-now my dillema here is whole grain brown rice vs. "Minute" brown rice. Minute rice really isn't as healthful (more processed) as regular brown rice-but I see a lot of people here are using it on Core. Minute Rice-even brown is processed to some extent-much like "wheat bread" is not the same as "WHOLE wheat bread". It is a small difference-but there still is one. Does WW or the Core plan have anything to say about this one?
