I missed ya'll!
 

My vacation was nice but I did miss ya'll.

There was absolutely no way I could have been 100% Core with the places we ate on vacation...which is the way my life usually is but I still ate basically Core foods but with the not so weight loss friendly cooking styles it was much easier to count points!

where did you go?

I went to look at Wrangler Buttz at Laughling for the PBR Invitational. It was so fun. I got soooooooooo many autographs and DH took at least 200 pictures. It is so hard to eat healthy when you can't make it to the 'good' restaurants because of we didn't get out of the PBR show until after they closed and they didn't open until after we left for the show. The coffee shop (where we ate mostly) had a limited menu and there wasn't anyway I was eating a salad at midnight! LOL!

Kelly, glad you had a great trip! and I know you really appreciated flex while gone! LOL.. welcome back! :)

Kelly, I was born in Apache Junction (next to Mesa). I have lots of family in Phoenix. I haven't been that way in years and miss the desert! (Something I thought would NEVER happen!;))

Angie, I will never leave the desert! Love it here!
