Hi!! I'm new to Core!
 

or will be at my meeting later this morning. :D

I've been low carbing on and off for a couple of years. I had lost down to 189 lbs, but have gained due to illness, surgeries and life in general.
I'm ready to get back on plan and have been reading about the new Core program and I'm really wanting to give it a go.

I'm 43, married forever with 3 kids, 2 grandkids.

I can't wait for my meeting at 10 a.m.! :coffee:
