Week 3 weigh-in
I went away overnight Saturday night (girl's only, no hubby's or kids), and ate very well until movie time, then ate 1/2 a bag of chips! Was feeling REALLY guilty, then stepped on the scale yesterday morning and low and behold, I was down 2 lbs.!!!!!!!!!! To be honest it went between 2 and 3 (I always weigh myself about 20 times), but I was playing it safe and will record 2 in hopes of having another big week next week. Tonight is our 8 year wedding anniversary, we are going out but I plan on having a steak, veggie, and small potatoe. Hope everyone else is having a great week too!

Week 3 of Core saw a 2.8# loss - I was completely happy with that.
I also just completed week 26! |

At my WI tonight, I dropped 7.2#!! This was my 3rd week on Core and so far I like it combined with Flex Points. I still journal and track my points to see how much an average day on Core totals up! So far I seem to be eating less points on Core, making wiser choices, and am never hungry!!

wk 3 and down another 1.2 pounds, that is 7.2 in 3 weeks!
