    S: Tomatoes Going to enjoy them while they are in season!
    L: Taco Salad
    S: slice of ham & turkey
    D: Chicken breast, baked potato & broccoli

    Snacks - popcorn and pudding and lots of fruit
  • B- scrambled eggs. lean ham and 1/2 an avocado
    L- two fish filets coated in cornmeal batter and baked with homemade tartar sauce (I was craving this for some reason)
    D- garlic lime chicken... not sure about the sides... a vegetable and maybe some fried potatoes(fried with Pam) but not sure yet.
    S- butterscotch pudding if I need it (yes it's sf/ff)

    Ok, everything in my potato salad was core except I don't know if egg whites are Core. I boiled the eggs and threw out the yellow and put the whites only in my salad. Does anyone out there know?
