L- leftover salmon patty and tamboule
D- chicken avocado swiss melt (not sure about sides yet)
S- fruit if I need it

OK, lunch I ended up having a bunless hamburger patty, with veggie baked beans, fruit, AND (yes there's an and) an avacado!

L. Campbell's Beef and Barley soup with add left over couscous, 5 saltines (1 AP) fruit
S. Ham, baked potato w/f/f sour cream, broccoli, and apple salad with homemade vanilla yogurt
S. Tapioca pudding.
