B: Can of chicken breast
S: Cherry Tomatoes L: Cambell's Split Pea w/Bacon & Ham Soup S: Piece of ham & turkey D: Shrimp w/cocktail sauce (2) & corn S: Yogurt (2) |
B- 2 scrambled eggs, 1 slice lean ham, 1/2 avocado (this was sooo filling!)
L- leftover salmon patty and tamboule D- chicken avocado swiss melt (not sure about sides yet) S- fruit if I need it |
OK, lunch I ended up having a bunless hamburger patty, with veggie baked beans, fruit, AND (yes there's an and) an avacado!

peach yogurt leftover chicken WW smoothie w/ skim milk and frozen blueberries a couple of olives salmon salad w/lite dressing (.5) potato w/lite sour cream (1 pt.) |

L. Campbell's Beef and Barley soup with add left over couscous, 5 saltines (1 AP) fruit S. Ham, baked potato w/f/f sour cream, broccoli, and apple salad with homemade vanilla yogurt S. Tapioca pudding. |
