Sunday menus

  • Breakfast (actually this turned into brunch at 10:00):
    Scrambled egg with diced ham
    Sliced tomatoes
    Skim milk

    Late Lunch:
    Waldorf chicken salad on 1 sl. Sara Lee Delightful bread
    carrot sticks
    FF/SF butterscotch pudding
    Milk

    No dinner except for a glass of milk before bed
  • BRUNCH - (I never really do breakfast on Sundays) Eggs, Bacon, Toast

    DINNER - Creole Roast on the grill (posted the recipe for ya'll), roasted veggies (potatoes, onions, carrots)

    SNACKS - are never planned on Sundays
  • OK... I will go ahead and post my menu and hopefully it will stay like this, lol... I have a habit of changing my mind as the day goes on.

    B- banana blueberry smoothie
    L- left over salmon pattie and some tamboule
    D- Mexican Chicken and Rice
    Snacks- I made some sf/ff chocolate fudge pudding the other night and will eat some of that if I need a snack

    I'm out of weekly pts for the week (my WI isn't until friday) so I will have to exercise twice as much this week if I want something off the list, but for the most part I don't think it will be a problem.
  • B - grain cereal and stewed plums
    L - avocado and tomato sandwich with corn on the cob
    S - soup and roasted chickpeas
    D - some kind of egg thing
    S - banana smoothie with pineapple sage
    S - pudding

    lots of fruit as it comes up
  • 1 egg + 2 white omelet w/ tomatoes and avocado
    2 chicken sausages (2 pts.)

    FF yogurt w/raspberries
    small salad w/FF raspberry vinagrette

    1/2 bag 94% FF popcorn

    pan fried scallops
    corn
    salad w light dressing (1 pt.)
    SF, FF pudding
  • B- fresh fruit salad, coffee w/ skim and 1 equal
    l- 2 slices of turkey (roasted)

    s- Boiled dinner ( see recipe) *corn beef and veggies.

    snack= pudding and fruit

    night snack- 1 cup ff popcorn

    and a coffee, for some strange reason I craved coffee? am I a freak?
  • Breakfast
    1 banana & 1 glass skim milk

    Lunch
    Baked salmon
    Steamed veggies(large serving cauliflower,carrots & broccoli)
    Tossed salad with ff Italian dressing


    Dinner
    WW potato soup Core plus 2 points
    lean ham sandwich & carrot chips with ff dresing to dip them in
    with one slice ff cheese mustard & lettuce
    2 slices diet bread ( 1 point)

    Snacks
    1 cup sf ff butterscotch pudding
    1 Granny smith apple
    1/2 bag 94% ff popcorn

    6 cups water
    1 diet cola
