Just wanted to thank you for the advice and ideas so far.

I am Canadian living in Vancouver. I have lost 34 lbs in the last 9 months by doing WW Flex at home. Now I am giving Core my best shot because I love grains and healthy food.

I am a frugalista, (live a very frugal life) a contestadora (play on-line contests), a hallmarkia (make my own greeting cards) and have my own consulting business.
