I love Pineapples in Juice and on the Core Plan it says to drain the juice I love the juice and don't want to drain the pineapples so can I count the pts in the juice? and if so..can you tell me how many pts there would be in it?

Oh, while I remember can anyone tell me how many pts there are in a slice of WeightWatchers 60% wholemeal bread? again and are the pts similar to the old 123 success plan? because I saw one post that said a beer is worth 2pts and it was on the old plan too
