Nancy, I understand your wanting to downsize. Your home is beautiful, but it is large for one person.

Vickie, how is Brodie?

Rhonda, I'm glad you have some pain meds that you can take.

Pam, let us know what you find out from your tests. Glad your lungs are clear. That's good news.

My brother came through surgery and is in his room. We'll be going back to the hospital tomorrow. My eating is horrific. You could make a horror movie out of it--"Attack of the Carbs!"

I didn't set myself back too much, but my mood has been lousy a lot of today. I cancelled going to the gym because I was just not in the mood. That almost never happens.

Sandra, your poor brother is in my thoughts. It's good that it will improve his health, but what a loss for him. I hope he can keep his spirits up and recover well.

Kyra (our Husky) had surgery yesterday to remove a benign tumor on her left haunch. Did I tell you already? Anyway she is fine.

There is rain all around us, but none here. You could literally see the line of clouds around us but not over us. At least it is cooler--in the 70's- 80's.

We're going to go to a big nursery not far from here tomorrow morning. My great-niece's mother works there. I bought my butterfly plants from her. She brought them to me so I haven't actually been to the place.

My eating is OK, not great, but not crazy.

Thanks for all the nice comments..It is a lot to keep up ..
Its taken lots of friends and my cute yard guy to get it looking
good..

I am focused on sorting stuff for the next few weeks and then job hunting.
I know once I start working I won't get much else done except keeping this place in good shape to show..

Rhonda..I have been feeling for you with the foot..Hugs !!

Sandra..I am glad the surgery went smooth..Maybe at least the dread is over and it will get easier to cope with..

Sloan..your schedule would do me in..I don't know how you juggle all that..
I love the new picture you put up..

Vickie...that is so cute that you didn't eat in front of Brodie..how is he ??

Tracie..I agree..one hotdog isn't so bad..

Pam..glad you got to see your Dr..Maybe you will know more after the stress test & echo.. I have a heart Dr I like alot..

Maryann...you are keeping as busy as Sloan..so many fun things going on..
Did you see the Word?? I ran up to our theater tonight to see it but it had already started and I hate to miss the start so I will see it another time.

If I missed anyone, I will be back soon..

Rhonda, I'll bet your yard is looking beautiful. We haven't done much of anything with ours. It still looks summer stressed but is turning greener.

Thank you all for the well wishes for my brother. He's doing a lot of sleeping today. That's good.

We had fun at the nursery and bought lots of plants. I'l make a list for you so you'll know what I'm doing here.

But, right now, I'm going to nap. It's a cool, cloudy day, with a bit of rain.

We're getting rain, too. I'd love to see your list.

My brother walked to the door in his room using a walker this morning.

Life is good.

Sandra, just saw your post about attack of the carbs! Must be an epidemic. They are attacking here in Middle Tennessee, too!!!
