2 tsp oil?
 

Hi,

I read on the Weight Watcher site that we were allowed 2 tsp oil without counting its Points Plus value. I have not read this anywhere else. Is this accurate?

I do the Simply Filling Technique and I don't count the first 2 tsp. Not sure if you have to count the first 2 when you are counting points.

Thanks for your reply. I was referring to the Simply Filling technique with the New Plan as that is what I plan on following starting tomorrow. Do you usually use your 49 WPA? I'm sure we have to count the points of all oil consumed when counting points.

Correct, the first 2 tsp don't need to be counted. Anything additional does. I do use most of my WPAs.

Yes, I use almost all 49 wpa's. I seem to lose better when I use them.
