Good Morning Ladies:)

Just wanted to let you know I still around but hurting.

My friend Alice had to take me to the ER yesterday as I heard my knee pop while getting out of my car.They took x-rays and I found out that I tore my hamstring in the back of my knee. I'm wearing a brace but I will have to make an emergency appointment with my orthopedic doctor this morning. They in the hospital told me to have I need an MRI and a possibly surgery to repair the hamstring.
