Can you chickies help me come up with some portable core snacks that don't have to be refrigerated, and that I don't have to count toward wpa's?
I have done core pretty "loosey goosey" as someone called it so we need
to check with others to be sure they are core,
Fruit
small amounts of nuts
vitamuffins ( I think)
v-8 juice
boiled eggs can be kept at room temp( mom said so, but others disagree)
We will keep thinking
Fat Free Microwavable Popcorn
Fat Free sugar Free pudding cups
ff/sf/ Jello cups
Prunes. Snack pack comes in 60 calorie bag now. I love them and they only have to be refrigerated once you open them.
