simply filling question
I have not been to a meeting in months, and don't really want to start now just to get new materials. Is the new program really any different from the old core program? I would appreciate any input from you chicks that have the new materials

Basically Flore -- points with a focus on "filling foods" which are basically the old core list. There is an option to not count points (the former core plan). The only difference I've found in the food lists are fat free salad dressings are no longer core, you would need to count points.
Otherwise, same core plan with a new name. You could just go to one meeting, pay the $13 and get the books. HTH |

There have been a few changes to the food list and exercise for 30 minutes most days of the week has been added making 9 HG.

Hi Ladies. I was on WW Core for almost a year. Switched to SBD in Sept. Have been maintaining, and need to lose at least 7 more pounds.
I decided to return to WW with my daughter. I received weeks 1-6 booklets at my meeting. Just wanted to let you know that FF salad dressings are on the filling foods list under condiments. I was using full fat on SBD, so now I need to buy the FF so I don't have to use my WPA points. |
